Leigh here, Director of BBC. Just wanted to send you a personal note to let you know how grateful I am for all of our loyal clients. Every day we strive to grow and expand our service and your experience. With that in mind and listening to your feedback, we’ve made some changes we know you will love!
Please download – it’s free! You will need a new login as its it’s a new system. If you have not already created an account at Balmain or our new software in Bronte.
Below outlines all the need to knows (like no more deposit for our Bronte clients) so please have a read so you can understand what’’s new and improved.
One thing I want to highlight is you can now manage your own booking, while you can’t change the time of your appointment, you just simply cancel it and select another time if its outside our 24 hour cancellation policy.
The app also allows you to see your future appointments, track your 10 or 5 packs of $45 Blows.
You can still book via the website but as we’ve now changed software your old log in will not work, you will need to create another account.
We do get very busy and we try to answer calls as much as we can, but the easiest way is to get the app or just book on our wesite..
We have switched our appointment and salon management software to improve our customer experience and flexibility. For those of you who have made an appointment in Balmain, you would be familiar with this new software and as of this week, Bronte is now also on the same platform.
WE HAVE AN APP! – In saying that, the quickest, easiest and most revolutionary way to book and change your Blow Bar Co appointments is through our BLOW BAR CO APP! If you download and create your account through the app, you will have 1 login which you can use at both of our bars (and for any new bars to come… watch this space!)
The app is great and incredibly user friendly – you can manage your own booking, cancel and change your appointments, all from your smart phone! Just search for Blow Bar Co in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store!
New Accounts – due to us switching to a new software platform, clients’ previous account login details (with Kitomba) will no longer work when booking online. Please take the time to create a new account when making your first booking online for either Bronte or Balmain.
Unfortunately, although Bronte & Balmain are now on the same software, you will need to create your account twice, if booking online through our website, when you first make an appointment for each store.
Deposits & Cancellations
We have removed our appointment deposits from Bronte for the meantime while our loyal clients adjust to the change in software, however we do remind all our clients that we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy and would appreciate you helping to keep our prices low by respectfully giving us plenty of notice if you need to amend an appointment. You have probably all had the frustration of being on a waitlist for an appointment and then a client hasn’t shown up (& we could have made you look fab!)
Web Bookings vs App Bookings
You can still book your appointments via our website and we would like to think we have made this flow even simpler! But as an ever improving business, we want to move forward with technology and trends and we may have more flexibility for last minute specials to be pushed out to our customers who have downloaded our app!
Phones & Messages
We do endeavour to answer every call however our bars can get extremely busy & our in-store customer experience is key to us – hence, we cannot answer every call. If you cannot get through and are having trouble booking through the app or online, please do leave a voicemail and one of our friendly staff will get back to you as soon as they are free.
